Three children died as wall of the school colapsed at Kherwara

Three children were killed after the wall of government senior secondary school in which they were studing suddenly colapsed at Thubawada area of Kherwara district of Udaipur on Saturday.

It is raininig at Kherwara consicontly from last 2 days and the school has been filled with water,the school building as it is old one cannot sustained the rain and it colapsed while three students identified as Avinash Meena (8),Manish Meena (14),Ayush Meena (5) were sitting under it.

Soon a huge crowd of villagers gathered outside the school and staged a protest against the incidence helding the civil contracter responsibile for it,later a team of police from the local police station also rushed to the scene and shifted the dead bodies of the deceased to the Mortuary and and handed over the dead bodies after conducting postmortem.

The villagers told DU that the civil contracter that has constructed the building has used low quality of material due to which the wall colapsed.
Suresh Choubisa District Education Project Officier said that the department is also looking into the matter and investigating about the condition of the school building.
