Student blames nursing institute for cheating him by providing fake marksheets.

A 25 year old  student of GNM institute of nursing of Udaipur lodged an FIR against the owners of the institute at city’s Surajpol police station for cheating him by providing fake marksheets.

In the FIR the victim Srawan Kumar a resident of Pindwara has mentioned in the year 2013 one Mahesh Kumar propreiter of Satyam Computers located at Pindwara area of Sirohi district suggested him to take admission in G.L.M Nursing Institute owned by Praveen Ratalai who runs his Platunum Group of Colleges, Kumar told him about the fees and send him to Udaipur.

 In his report he also mentioned that he met Ratalia at his office located at Jal Darshan Marg area of Udaipur on 31st October 2013 where Ratalai informed him thag he has been admitted to Pashupati Nath College at Mandsaur (MP), he askes him to deposit an amount of Rs.65000 as fee for the first year and handed him a receipt.

Later when he received his admission it was received with someone else’s photograph printed on it, when the victim Ratalai about the printing mistake he allegedly  said that it does not make any difference and also assured him that he would get his photo printed in his marksheet.but the condition remained same in all the three years with wring details on marksheets.

Victim’s FIR also mentioned that when he shared the mistake with Ratalai he fooled him by saying that the printing mistakes would be corrected once the Diploma would get over in 2017, but when after that he tried to contact Ratalai he started ignoring him.

Later Ratalai asked him to contact his brother Naveen Ratalai to get new marksheets, when the victim contact Naveen he demanded Rs.15000 for the new marksheets and to deposit the old marksheets back to him.

When DU tried to contact Ratalai he didnot answer the calls.

However based upon his FIR a case has been registered against Ratalai and an investigation has been launched by tge police.
