On 29th August, 2019, the Honourable Prime Minister launched nation-wide “Fit India Movement” aimed to encourage people to inculcate physical activity and sports in their everyday live. Fit children are able to handle challenges in life better.
As per the instructions and guidelines given by CBSE, St.Paul’s Senior Secondary School, Udaipur celebrated the “Fitness Week” in the third week of November for a holistic and intrinsically healthy lifestyle, awareness and support for Fitness Movement, under the caption of “Ek Bharat – Shrestha Bharat”The “Fitness Week” was celebrated for 6 days and the overall incharge was Mrs. Dimple Solanki – Yoga Instructor of the school. Alongwith Mr. Mukesh Singh Chouhan, Mr. Bhanwar Singh Chouhan, Mr. Goverdhan Singh Chouhan, Mrs. Poonam Deora, Mr. Pascal Sampson and Mr. Rajesh Ishore she collectively coordinated the below mentioned 6-days programme under the supervision of the Principal of the school Rev. Fr. Basil Makwana.

06 Competition for students & staff in traditional games – “Ghulli-Danda” etc.
