Saddam Kadda murder case: police recovers the weapon from the accused used in the incidence.

The police has recovered the illegal pistol from the two accused which they have used to kill the History Sheeter Sadam alais Kadda in a broad day light firing at Patel Circle on Saturday evening.

The arrested accused were identified as Nasir alias Tedha and Aftab Hussain alais Appu residents of Raza Nagar.

Both the accused were nabbed by the police in a road barricading from Goverdhan area within few hours after the incidence.

Out of the two arrested accused Nasir is having two cases including Attempt of Murder and illegal Arms possesion while Aftab is having 1 case registered on his name,police officials said.

The accused has revealed that they have killed Saddam following a prolonged dispute with him in connection of a commin boundary wall between their houses.

The accused has showered bullets at Saddam at Patel Circle and fled the scene using his motor bike,said police officials.

The victim Saddam was rushed to M.B hospital where he was declared dead and was shifted to Mortuary, the postmortem,police officials added.
