Raje visited Udaipur for Pre- Budget Meeting.

The Chief Minister Vasundra Raje came to Udaipur on Saturday to address the Pre- Budget meeting.

Raje arrived at Udaipur at 2.55 pm in a helicopter and given a guard of honor by the armed police force.


On the occasion Raje was welcomed by the Home Minister  Gulab Chand Kataria, PHED Minister Kiran Maheshwari,St.Sc Regional Development Minister Nand Lal Meena,Zila Pramukh Shanti Lal Meghwal, Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari and Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena and District Collector Rohit Gupta.

Along with Kataria and Kiran Maheswari , Amrit Lal Meena MLA Salumber,Pratap Lal Gameti MLA Gogunda,Nana Lal Ahari MLA Kherwada,Dalichand Dangi MLA Mavli,Gutam Lal Meena MLA Dhariyavat were also present during the meeting.

The  officials and Public Representatives from 4 districts of Udaipur division including Udaipur,Banswada,Dungarpur and Pratapgarh has attended the meeting and highlighted their priorities as per their areas.


Prior to that CM had already organised the similar meetings at Ajmer,Kota and many other divisions of the state and had discussed various aspects of the upcoming budget.

While addressing the Division Level Pre Budget meeting the CM instructed the officials that at each Vidhan Sabha areas such small projects should be taken in hand that could be finished within a year.

During the meeting Raje has taken various suggestions from the officials and Public Representatives of districts and also assured them the best suggestions among them will be included in the Up coming Budget.


CM had a detailed discussion with the District Ministers, M.Ps, and other Public Representatives and has taken the stock of the present situation of their districts.

By giving preference to the Government’s “Jal Swawlambhan Abhiyan” Raje said that it is a people’s drive and also asked all the officials to ensure more and more participation of people in it. She also urges that the administration should work on preservation of the local water resources and to keep them clean so that problem related to availability of water can be solved at local level only.

With a view to design the budget according the needs of the places Raje has already met with officials and Public Representatives at Jaipur,Jodhpur,Kota,Bikaner, Ajmer and Bharatpur.

Raje further instructed the officials to do the mapping of all the basic necessities and facilities needed and the present situation of their areas, as this will be helpful in the development of the areas in a much effective way.
