Work at Udaipur court will remain suspended for three weeks.
Heeding the advisory of Supreme Court and state High Court to take preventative measures against Corona, the district and sessions judge Ravindra Kumar Maheshwari on Tuesday announced suspension of work at the district court for three weeks.
While addressing a press confrence the Maheshwari said that only urgent cases like stay and bails will be heard by the courts while the other routine cases will not be heard during this period and bo adverse orders or decisions will be given on non appreance of either party of a case during this period of time.
Moreover the prisoners would also be brought to the courr for hearing and the hearing will be held through video confrencing, said Maheshwari.
Everyone will be allowed to entee the court only through main gate of court while other two gates will remain closed, Maheshwari added further.
With that a medical team with remain stationed outside the court premises that will do the screening of every visitor before allowing him to enter the court.
Maheswari also said that all the canteens of the court will be remain closed during these weeks and the entire court premises will be disinfected and will be kept clean.
