Gaurav Nagda of Udaipur is to be award with the Udaipur Ratna award on Saturday.
Nagda will be awarded during the falicitation program organized by Rajasthan Sanskrati & Sahitya Sansthan ,
As many as 51 people from across Rajasthan who have done specific work in different fields,will be awarded during the felicitation program to be held at Madan Mohan Malaviya auditorium of Udaipur on 29th February 2020.
Nagda who is a young social activist of the city has been selected in the category of Young Achievement and Social Welfare.
Nagda is a state level player in Judo and a medal winner, besides that he started blood donation since he was a teenager had donated blood 9 times so far.
He also raised his voice several times for the care of animals especially cows and demanded to have a proper shelters for the stray animals.
Nagda is a Gold medalist in National Science Olympiad,he benefited the common man on many problems of Udaipur city and raising the voice of the victims.
Nagda has actively participated in the social work of the city and has created a special identity in politics and social sector through his work.
Founder of the institute Rohit Bansal and president Dinesh Shrimali said that the award will be held under the chief hospitality of an eminent personality of the country like Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Kinnar Akhada Lakshmi Narayan Tripathi.
Out of thousands of applications from across the state, 51 celebrities have been selected and will be felicitated for their extraordinary work, they added further.
