A 20 year old man has been arrested by the police on Saturday with a loaded country made pistol worth rupees 20000 from Patel Circle area of the city.
The police arrested Fardeen Alias Boggi a resident Farooqe Azam Nagar,Mullatalai.
The pistol is loaded and the accused is suspected to be waiting to attack someone.Boggi was attacked by one Ali alias Chohata and his freind Sahil alias Raja of Silawatwari a few days back over an issue and he want to take revenge and brought the pistol from a Neemuch,police said.
Police had received specific information that accused Boggi was moving in the area with a loaded pistol,he was nabbed from the garden in the Patel Circle area,the accused has been booked under sections of IPC and Arms Act.
The accused is an hebitual offender and os having criminal cases registered against him at Ambamata and Surajpol police stations of the city, police added.
Police is now questioning the accused further from whom he has bought the weapon.
