Chetanram Deora who becomes the new collector of Udaipur has taken the charge of the responsibility on Friday.
Additional District Megistrate (ADM) administration O.P Bunkar, Additional District Megistrate City (ADM) Sanjay Vasu and other officials welcomed him and congratulated him on taking over.
The Rajasthan has shuffled 3 IAS officers on late on Sunday.Deora has replaced the Anandi IAS the previous collector of Udaipur.Anandi has been appointed as new collector of Alwar while Deora was the collector of Chittorgarh district before he joined in Udaipur.
Soon after taking over Deora took a meeting of the officials to take the stock of the present situation of Covid-19 cases in Udaipur and hae also issued necessary orders to make an action plan.
While talking to media Deora shared his priorities.He also talked about the plans as how to control the increasing of coronavirus in the district.Besides that he also said that the administration will soon work to control the coronavirus cases by working in collaboration with media,NGO and social workers.
Apart from that he added that the administration will also work on making the people aware about the welfare schemes of Central and State governments and will also help them in availing their benefits.
Deora said that he has a long relationship with tribal people and he always worked for their benefits and from Udaipur too he will have a special focus on the upliftment of these tribal people living the nearby villages.
Deora had also served as the Commisioner of Municipal Corporation Jaipur, Joint Secretary at Home Department and also remained the District Collector of Dungarpur district.
