Advocates protested, went on strike.

Spread is all over of the court premises as all the Advocates, Judicial Employees and Stamp Vendors called for a strike on Monday after CM Vasundhara Raje has allegedly said no for the High Court Bench for Udaipur during her last visit regarding the Pre- Budget meeting.

The advocates, law workers and stamp vendors has stage a protest at the court circle and later presented a memorandum to the District Collector in the name of Governor in relation to their demands.

On the other hand the Judicial Employees went on strike for indefinite period demanding the hike in their payments whereas the Stamp vendors stop working by protesting against the order of setting limits in their work.
This is to be considered that the Judicial Employees of all the courts of the District went on an indefinite strike as the appeal made by Shetty Commission for raising the payment is not implemented by the State Government.

President of the Judicial Employee’s Association of Udaipur Bhanwar Lal Maroo told media that all the protesters has handed over their leave applications to the Presiding Officers of the respective courts and the Stamp Vendors too has handed over a memorandum to the administrative officers.
The Advocates and the other staff of the court got annoyed after CM Vasundahra Raje has allegedly ignored the group of representatives and has also said no for the High Court Bench, the advocate abruptly went on strike and has also staged a protest at Court circle and also blocked the road by burning tyres.
