Absconding accused involved in cheating in RPSC Exams arrested after a year by Hiran Magri police.

 Udaipur police on Monday arrested an absconding accused involved in the racket of cheating in RPSC Examination held at government school at Gayriyawas area in 2018.

Accused identified as Naresh Vishnoi a resident of Chitalwana village of Jalore district was on run from last 1 year since he was named by another accused arrested by the police earlier in 2018, since than police was in his lookout and various teams of Hiran Magri police station were conducting raids to at every possible hideout.

The accused was arrested by the police on  Monday on the information of sources while the two of the accused of the cheating racket Suresh Vishnoi and Omprakash alias Praksh Vishnoi of Jalore were already arrested by the police in the year 2018, it was during their interrogation that the name of Naresh came to forth but before police can arrest hin he somehow managed to escape, said SP Kailash Chandra Bishnoi. 

Bishnoi said that the matter came to light when the Principal of government school of Gayriyawas area of Udaipur Manishanker Rawal  reported an incidence of cheating during RPSC Examination held at his school on 28th October 2018,he handed a man to police who was found coping in the exam.with the help of a bluetooth device,Rawal also in his report also informed the police that the accused was than identified as Suresh tried to flee away and also threw the device he was using for coping far from school, he also distroyed the ear phone.

Based upon his report a complaint has been registered at the Hiran Magri police station against the accused  and an investigation was launched, the accused was booked under section 3, 4, 5, 6 of Rajasthan Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act and section 420 of IPC and was questioned about the racket and the people involved with him in the nexus, said Bishnoi.

During his interrogation he revealed the names of two of his associates Omprakash Vishnoi and Naresh Vishnoi out of which Omprakash was later arrested by the police while Naresh fled away, said Bishnoi.

However Naresh was also booked under several sections of RPE(PUMA)and IPC and is under the course of police interrogation.
