Man died in Judicial Custody,kins raised doubt,demands thorough investigation.

The family members of a 28 year old man  Mohammed Tusif who allegedly died in Judicial Custody on Thursday sought Administrative intervention for the investigation of his death.They along with various representatives of Social organisations including Muslim Mahasang visited the Collectorate and and handed over a memorandum to the officials demanding thorough probe of the matter doubting it not to becac natural death.
Mohammed Tahir brother of the deceased man told that it was on 15th June when few police men from Udaipur came at their house at Kishanpol,they took Tusif with them on the name of handing him over to Rajsamand police for questioning him relation to a case of theft and would be released after that.
But in stead of getting released  he was booked for the case of theft and lodged in jail, since than than he was in jail,meanwhile his mother once went to Rajsamand in this regard,Tahir added.
On Thursday morning the family got a call from someone informing them about Tusif’s death,the call told them that he died and his dead body will be transported to Udaipur shortly,Tahir added.
Raising a doubt on his brother death Tahir told that his brother died in mysterious circumstances and it was not a natural death,he further said that his brother was not ill or suffering from any illness.
However they handed over the memorandum to administrative officiers and demanded for proper investigation of the matter and to register a case into the matter,ti identify the culprits behind Tusif’s death and take strict legal action against those who will be found guilty.
Inspector General of Police Binita said is under investigation, the matter will be investigated by the megistrate and the actual cause of death will came to forth during the coursecof investigation.
