By extending support to BJP’s state wide protest against government’s failure in fullfilling thier promise of full loan waiver of the farmers, the BJP party leaders and activists have registered a mass protest here at Udaipur on Monday.
Hundreds of party leaders, activists and supporters gathered out side the Udaipur Municipal Corporation office at Town Hall of the city they called slogans against the government and its policies and also carried a huge rally under the leadership of Ex-Home Minister of the state MLA Gulab Chand Kataria.
The protest that started from Town Hall roamed around all major circles of the city and ended at Collectorate.
The aggrived party activists staged a protest and condemned the government for not fullfilling its promise.
Speaking on the occasion leader of opposition MLA Gulab Chand Kataria targeted the government by saying that besides failing in loan waiver the government is also not implementing the qouta in state as announced by Union government,this can cause loss to the youth in future as they cannot availd its benefits, he also said that if the government was about to write a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi only for loan waiver than they can had a discussion with him prior making any such announcement that cannot fullfill.
He was accompanied by various senior leaders like Rural MLA Fhul Singh Meena, Dinesh Bhatt,Ravindra Shrimali and Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari.
The state government at the time of assembly elections announced to wave full loans amount of farmers, but even after 1.5 months later nothing much has done this regards, viewing that the BJP called for a state wide protest on Monday.
